Hey Hoosiers, basketball season is here! Don't forget that Hudson Grille, 4046 Peachtree Road, in the Brookhaven area of Atlanta, is the place to catch all the action! Come out to Hudson Grill for great hoops and good food!

IU SOFTBALL TEAM VISITS ATLANTA !!!!
The IU Softball Team will be in COBB COUNTY playing in the KSU K-Club Classic Softball Tournament on Saturday February 13, 2010 and Sunday February 14, 2010. Help us welcome the team to the Atlanta area!!!!
The games will be held at the Twin Creeks Softball Complex in Woodstock – 250 Brooke Blvd, Woodstock, GA 30188. Twin Creeks
Tournament schedule:
Saturday, Feb 13, Indiana plays Jacksonville State at 10 am and South Dakota State at 12:30pm
After the 12:30 game, the team will be joining Hoosier Fans at Taco Mac (600 Chastain Road, Kennesaw, GA 30144) to watch the IU v. Wisconsin Basketball game that starts at 2:00 P.M.
Sunday, Feb 14, Indiana plays Wright State at 10 am and Kennesaw State at 12:30pm

On Wednesday, March 10th from 7pm to 11pm, come join other IU Alumni at Java Vino for wine tasting! Learn about and taste five different wines and meet other fellow Hoosiers in Atlanta for a fun evening. Appetizers will be served. Java Vino is located at 579 N Highland Ave. Atlanta, GA 30307.
The cost is $10 per person.

Hawks "Night" for Hoosier Fans
The IU Alumni Club of Atlanta has arranged for heavily discounted tickets (50% off) for the Sunday, March 28, 2010 Atlanta Hawks- Indiana Pacers game at 3:30pm.
We will meet at Taco Mac at CNN Center prior to the game for an IU alumni gathering at 1pm. The Hawks have also arranged to allow us in the arena 30 minutes before general admission (2pm).

CALLING ALL LOVERS OF IU!
We are in need of participants to help at IU College Fairs and student recruitment events throughout the year! This is very important to reach our young Atlanta high school students and share with them the joys of Indiana University. College Fairs are held throughout the year and usually last only a few hours. There are also special events like IU Preview Night and the Student Send Off.
